How big are your Truffles?
Truffle Trolley Truffles are 1 inch x 1 inch. Think of a quarter, laying flat, add 1/4 inch to it and that would be the size of the bottom of the Truffle. Stand the quarter up, add 1/4 inch, that would be how tall the Truffle is.
How long will the Truffles stay fresh?
If refrigerated our Truffles will stay fresh for up to 6 weeks. Although it is doubtful they will remain uneaten for that long! At room temperature the Truffles are perfect for 7-10 days.
How long will it take the Truffles to be delivered?
All of our Truffles are made to order. As soon as we receive your order, it will be added to the first available production list. If your Truffles are needed on a particular day, let us know and we will adjust production accordingly. All "Time Sensitive Orders" are given priority.
We ship USPS Priority Mail. In most cases, U.S.P.S. Priority Mail arrives in two days, occasionally three. You will receive an email notifying you of shipping with a delivery confirmation number.

Will you send my Truffles to a different shipping address?
Absolutely! We will send your Truffles to any address within the continental United States. We will be happy to include a personalized message with the Truffles. Don't worry we never send a packing slip or payment information with gift Truffles!
Can I freeze the Truffles?
First response from the Pastry Chef, "No way." Then, after his heart rate got back to normal, "I don't recommend it." Here is the explanation: When the Truffles start to thaw the Truffle(which is inside) will expand causing the outside Chocolate to crack. In other words, they won't be as pretty! There are no health risks involved in freezing them. However, if you want them for a special event, don't freeze them first.
Will you combine shipping costs?
Shipping Costs are, without a doubt, the hardest part of this business! Right now we have a flat shipping rate, based on our average shipping costs. Yes, we will combine shipping costs on multiple items going to the same address. Please contact the Conductor for more information.
