Shipping Information

To maintain low shipping cost and to increase dependability, all Truffles are shipped USPS Priority Mail, (unless other arrangements are made). Priority Mail generally takes two days to most areas, occasionally three. If you would like a "guarantee" date or one day delivery, please email conductor@truffletrolley.com for a price quote.

Planning a Destination or out of town Wedding? Are you taking Favors with you? Please request delivery at least two days prior to your departure date. Even better, let us ship directly to your event location, (either a residence or the event site). This eliminates additional transit time.

Ordering Information

We recommend ordering Truffle Favors as soon as it is financially friendly. All of our Truffles are handcrafted 24-36 hours prior to shipping to guarantee freshness. Therefore, we limit the number of orders we accept for each shipping day. This allows us to give every order individual attention. It also means that our calendar fills up quickly! We accept orders up to twelve months in advance. Your Truffles are shipped to arrive on the day you request close to your Wedding or event. Our recommendation is that you choose a date the week prior to your event to avoid last minute nail biting! Also, choose a day when someone will be available to receive the Favors when they arrive; you definitely do not want them left outside. If you choose to have them delivered more than 7 days prior to use they will need refrigeration.

Refunds

All sales are final. However, we are not unreasonable. We understand that things can change. We will work with you to find an option that is workable for you. We can change the date, transfer your order to another person, or give you a product line of credit good for 12 months. The credit can be used in any quantities desired and is valid on any Truffle Trolley product.

Any credit request or change of date must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to shipping date.

A full refund will be given in case of natural disaster. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

Payment Information

Truffle Trolley's Chocolate Truffles can be purchased fast, easily, and securely through PayPal.

PayPal is the most secure and safest method of Internet credit card payment available to date! Your purchases are insured up to $100,000 against fraud or theft. If you sign up for an optional free PayPal account, you will never have to put your credit card number out again for another PayPal purchase.

Another payment option is to email us with your order, we will then send you a secure PayPal invoice which you can pay with your credit card.

We also accept Money Orders (U.S Postal money orders clear immediately) and Personal Checks. Personal checks must clear our bank before an item can be shipped. Clearing usually takes 4-7 business days after we receive the check.
