Every bride and every couple should have the opportunity to design their own "special cake". The samples shown here should be for ideas as well as ideas you may have gotten from other sources. If you see a cake that is everything you want, that is great. That doesn't happen often. Gather all your ideas and let's meet to combine them in a super fantastic dream cake just for you.

Pop's Bakery, with Truffle Trolley, are membners of the West Valley Wedding Association and we participate in the regular Wedding Expos held at Virginia's House, Glendale, AZ. These expos are perfect for taste testing but if the dates do not work, text or call me at 602-318-4735, or email bakerpops@yahoo.com and we will set up an appointment to meet and sample.

Wedding cakes should be ordered as early as possible. I recommend at three months in advance. Of course, that may not always be possible, let me know and I will be happy to work with you.

Cake Flavors

The following flavors are only the more popular flavors, listed in order of popularity. The list is not all the flavors available. If you do not see what you want, just ask.

Fillings

Buttercream
Preserves, (raspberry, strawberry, or apricot), with buttercream
Bavarian Pastry Cream
Fresh berries and cream
Chocolate Truffle
Mousses, (chocolate, white chocolate, and strawberry)
Cream Cheese filling
German Chocolate or Hawiian Chantilly

Icings

European Style Buttercream

I use unsalted butter only. The buttercream is the perfect sweetness and does not leave any greasy film in your mouth.

Ganache

A rich "fudge type" icing.

Whipped topping and "grocery store" icing

Available upon rerquest for Kosher functions or low chlesterol diets.

Rolled Fondant

Rolled fondant is available on smaller cakes, 50 servings or less.

Costs

The average cost of wedding cakes is $3.00 per serving.
Fresh flowers and satin/silk flowers cost extra.
Fresh fruit not in season may also add to the cost.
Some designs or fillings may also affect the cost.
Rolled fondant cakes are $4.50 a serving and rolled fondant flowers range
from $2.00 to $5.00 each.

The cost of all wedding cakes INCLUDES delivery and set up.
